We’ve been together for 7 years. You were with me when I found my first true love, and you stuck with me when I had my first heartbreak. We have traveled around the world together. You kept me warm when I was cold. You can even turn into a pillow. Awkward first dates. Rainy days. Drunken nights. You’ve always been there for me when I needed you most. It’s crazy how you still look brand new. My friends must be tired of seeing us together all the time. They probably want me to wear something new. But they don’t know you like I know you. In fact, I actually tried to replace you once before… with a Patagonia jacket. That was a mistake. I’m sorry. I hope you understand. I know being with me is no easy task. I could be a bit random at times, but I don’t mean any harm. Thank you for understanding me better than I understand myself. I’m sticking with you, and I can’t wait for our next adventure.
